Paddle for Sick Kids Hospital for Grady

On July 10th take a 32 kilometre trip down the Magnetawan River to raise money for Sick Kids Hospital.  Judy Dibben of Katrine lost her Grandson Grady to a congenital heart defect called hypoplastic left heart syndrome.  You can also take place in a shorter paddle of 21 kilometres on the same day.  This paddle could take anywhere from 4 hours to 7 hours depending on your skill and age.    There will be entertainment and a barbecue hosted by the Lions Club.  Don't miss out on this fun event!  I am looking forward to a fun day on the Magnetawan River with my husband and great entertainment at the end.  I am sure this will be an annual event in the Almaguin Highlands north of Huntsville, Muskoka.    For more information on this event visit Grandy's Gift Website.  Contact Danette Evely at Sand Lake Cottages & Inn for area attractions.
